THE VACATION HOUSE
About Casa Oltà
The house was built in 1998 and completely renovated in 2021: new kitchen, new bathrooms, air conditioning in all rooms and insulating glazing. There is room for six people.
THE LAYOUT

Living room
The living room is the heart of the house: an open space with a long dining table, a seating area with sofa and armchairs, and French doors that you simply leave open all day when the weather is nice.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine, kettle and everything you need to cook properly for a week.

Bedroom 2 - Upstairs
The master bedroom has a double bed of 180x200, a built-in wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink, and French doors leading to a private balcony with views over the valley towards the sea.
Bedroom 3 - upstairs
The second upstairs bedroom has two single beds that can be made up as a double bed upon request, and shares the bathroom downstairs.
Where your vacation takes place
The terrace spans the full width of the house and is half covered. It has a dining table for eight and a lounge set in the shade. Handy, because in July and August you don't want to sit in the full sun in the afternoon.
The swimming pool is situated on the south side and measures 8 by 4 meters, with a depth of 1.20 to 1.70 meters and a Roman entry step. Around it are six sunbeds and an umbrella. There is an outdoor shower and a built-in barbecue.
Behind the house, the garden rises in terraces with olive and almond trees. Above is a small additional terrace: the best spot in the house at sunset. The entire plot is walled and can be closed with a gate.
Parking is on your own grounds, with space for two cars under a carport.

How do check-in and check-out work?
Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Later or earlier is often possible — just ask, we'll see what we can arrange.
How do I receive the key?
We prefer to receive you personally at the house, so we can go through everything with you. If you arrive late in the evening, you can use the key safe; you'll receive the code two days in advance.
Are pets welcome?
One dog is welcome by arrangement, at no extra charge. Let us know when you make your inquiry.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking indoors. Outdoors is fine, there are ashtrays on the terrace.
Can we organize parties?
Casa Oltà is a quiet house in a quiet residential area. Parties and events are not permitted, and after 23:00 we ask you to turn off music outside.
How does cleaning work?
Final cleaning is included in the price. We only ask that you leave the dishwasher empty and take the trash to the bins at the beginning of the street.
