Welcome to Casa Oltà

We bought Casa Oltà in 2019, after a holiday during which we fell in love with the view above all else. The house sits on the slopes of the Sierra de Oltà, in a quiet neighbourhood just outside Calpe. No neighbours whose conversations you can hear from the terrace, just the sea stretching all the way to the horizon from the pool.

Over the past four years, we have renovated, furnished and landscaped the property. What remains is a home where you can sit on the terrace steps with your morning coffee and still eat outside in the evening simply because it is too beautiful to go indoors.

We rent out Casa Oltà ourselves, without an intermediary. That means you deal directly with us before, during and after your stay.

Downstairs you'll find an open-plan living room with dining area and kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs are two bedrooms, including the master bedroom with its own bathroom and a balcony overlooking the valley.

Outside is where you'll spend most of your time: a covered terrace with a dining table for eight, a shaded lounge area, the swimming pool with sun loungers and a built-in barbecue. The 900 m² plot is fully enclosed, so children and dogs can roam freely.
